We run and manage Johnnys Lakeside RV resort in Foley AL. The Pool had a substandard resurfacing job in 2022 that failed in 2023. We hired Cox pools to repair the pool. They kept us informed and completed the repairs and we are very happy with our new pool surface, skimmers, and other misc items they helped us fix! Will answers questions via phone and text even afterhours!

I was the asset project manager for a large resurfacing project from a failed product at one of our Foley Alabama RV properties. Cox came in and quoted the project, answered our questions, and completed the job successfully. During the project, they did find additional repairs that were needed, quoted those repairs at a reasonable rate, and worked them into the schedule. I checked with another one of our pool contractors and they agreed the pricing was very fair and if they could work it in the timeline, that would be the best way forward! Thanks to Will and Logan for pulling this together!

We love our pool and our kids and neighbors enjoy it almost year round. Working with Cox pools, we got just what we were hoping for and more because they guided us to features we didn’t know existed (like the app that controls lights/spa heater remotely). Also they set us up with a great maintenance service (thank you Logan) who makes it so easy for us.

Do not look any further than Cox Pools. The owner, Mr. Lovett, and his son Logan were professional and went above and beyond in the repair of our pool. Another company's poor workmanship resulted in four cracks in a brand new pool (ugh) and that company disappeared. After checking with various folks, Cox came highly recommended as one of the only companies skilled and competent in properly repairing cracks in plaster and gunite. The work they did was very detailed, and they explained every step carefully to us. They took time to chip out around all fixtures to prevent future leaks, injected a specialized epoxy into the cracks, then installed industrial staples as an extra measure of strength. For the first time since owning our pool, we have confidence in it. The crew was respectful and hardworking, and they left the job site in 5-star condition. We will use them for any future needs. They are *AWESOME* and we highly recommend them. Thank you, Mr. Lovett and Logan and Crew.

spent 130k on a pool. once I paid 100k the person I was communicating with stopped all contact. no emails no texts and no returned calls. Limped through the finish line with no drain pipe being hooked up and another part of the auto fill not completed correctly. I've called once a week for two months checking on status of the auto fill and when it was going to be prepared and have never once received a call back...EVER. the pool looks great but the customer service is terrible and that's what's most important for me.

Also cox Pools didn’t pay their subcontractor for our fence. They place it three feet in to neighbors property. They had the lot specs. Had to come back and move. Coz called us to ask what fence company. Joking me dude you hired them. Then he told us that we are not to contact the fence company. We did and now we know why. They hadn’t been paid by coz. Cox sure had all of our money. This was few years after pool was finished. So they don’t pay their contractors in a timely manner just when they have to
