They were very prompt in getting to the house and giving me an estimate for a roof replacement, which I appreciated since it was raining that day We were hesitant about the idea of a full replacement but SRS gave us room to go for the repair if we preferred. We ultimately decided it was better to reset than to keep patching a sinking ship. Glad we did, too
