Dr. Burkhart has a great bedside manner. I needed a procedure done. Saw him, was scheduled for my procedure without any issues. The office called and gave me all the information prior to Surgery and made me feel super at ease with the process. I had my procedure, which was so smooth. Happy with my results and the work he did. Definitely recommended!

Dr Burkhart is incredibly arrogant and condescending. He cut me off mid-sentence multiple times and acted like we were a bother. I’m the one paying YOU, doctor! Get your bedside manner in check and show some basic empathy for the pain that your patients are in! I wasn’t even able to ask any questions because he ran out of the room so quickly. We left with my daughter in tears and no closer to figuring out why she is in so much pain.

We paid $25 for less than five minutes and he didn't change tips on his scope between ear, nose, and mouth, in that order. Gross. Then he didn't treat the problem, but referred me to another specialist. That means we will have paid 3 different doctors for one issue and it still hasn't been treated.

My visit with him was maybe, maybe two minutes. I asked him a few questions, that he replied "I don't know" . Worst experience with a doctor, although the staff was nice, minus doctor. Needs more compassion towards his patients.
