The nurses and doctors are helpful and kind. I particularly enjoy my interactions with Dr. Truong. Even if I'm seeing her for someone that *I* think is silly she makes me feel comfortable and reassures me that I'm not the only person who has had said issue.

Wouldn't not recommend at all. She took an item needed for my exam out of the package then left the room with it to find her light. Then came back and used it for the exam. After the exam she left, I got dressed then she told me she used the wrong swab and she needed to do it again. Then she had me just undress again while she stayed in the room. That second time she did the whole swab process in like 2 seconds after which I could hear her dropping all kinds of things I was so nervous she had dropped the device and was going to try to use it again. Overall horrible experience.

Dispite the telemedicine not connecting she called via phone. Listen to my issue, prescribed a medication and called it in to the pharmacy. Excellent service.

I feel Dr. Truong took the time to ask good questions about my health and listened to my concerns. She took appropriate action to address my health issues. I had a very little wait time and I am impressed how efficient the whole process went, including the onsite lab.
