I bought my home at the Woods in the fall of 2023. I spent an enjoyable Christmas there. I still have questions about maintenance, since I'm a first time homeowner, and the Project Manager, Brad Johnson, is available to answer my questions!

I asked for customization of my home (no carpet), and Mr. Johnson was able to change the original plan without any problems. He also warned me about a freeze during the winter and what I needed to do to protect the pipes.

There have been a few wind storm events in the past few months. The house held up very well!
