After our backyard renovation began to lose steam, we reached out to Frisch & Sons in the fall of 2024. Bobby and his team came in and turned our backyard dirt lot, into something truly spectacular! Bobby is a great guy and easy to work with, he listens to what you’re looking for and helps to facilitate moving the project along. He is very responsive and fair with expectations and costs. His crew is awesome, they show up everyday on time and work very hard. They spent a lot of time and effort to perfect our marble hardscape in the French pattern with the correct pitch as well as crafting the turf and concrete trims beautifully. They planted cypress trees, fixed the drainage, and installed a top notch sprinkler system in the dog yard. We will be using their services in the future and highly recommend Frisch & Sons to friends!

I’ve gotten to know Bobby over the years in the context of my work as a general contractor in the Orange County area (we are the largest dedicated deck builder in SoCal).

Construction is a hard business: you are often working with impossible constraints and it is way harder to deliver on contractual guarantees than clients realize.

When you find a contractor that is able to deliver on their promises, you hold on tight and never let go. Bobby and his team are able to do what they say they’ll do, for a fair price, time after time after time.

That’s a diamond in the rough. Demolition in particular is ultra high risk, and clients are often unqualified to understand these risks and feel like they can cut corners or chase a low bid. When you’ve been doing this as long as I have, you see horrific experiences that teach you the hard way to pick someone you trust.

We are glad we chose Frisch & Sons Inc to demo our pool. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They took care of all the paperwork required by the city, and the project was completed in a timely manner.

Frisch & Sons Inc, Bobby Frisch was very up front and honest about cost, time, and the overall process.

They were able to remove our pool and fill it within 5 days. Miguel (general manager) removed the plumbing and electrical down as required by the city, so I didn't have to worry about finding a plumber and electrician. Their experience is evident. The team Noelle (operator) and Enrique (the one who cleaned up). They communicated start time and finish time. Pool equipment was removed and everything was done according to city code. Miguel was very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to avoid damage. They hauled away all the trash and even our unwanted junk.

We are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Review of Frisch and Sons demolition.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one.
We hired Frisch and Sons to do the demolition of our in ground swimming pool and the surrounding concrete in our back yard. I got 4 quotes, and theirs came in competitively priced, but the reason we chose them was because we really liked Bobby, the owner. Bobby took the time to answer a number of emails and in person questions and concerns we had before signing a contract to do the work. Bobby was professional, and generous with his time in addressing all of our questions. Then came the work. They showed up on time as promised, and his crew got to work immediately. Bobby showed up day one, well ahead of his crew, and we did a walk through, and talked it out, step by step, what was to be done, and not to be done. Then when the crew arrived, we had the same conversation again. He remembered everything we discussed 3 months prior to doing the work. His crew works incredibly hard, and any time we had a question or a concern, his manager Miguel took care of it, or answered our questions. Every day Bobby would check in to make sure things were being addressed appropriately, and that demolition was proceeding as it should. It was obvious that he was in constant communication with his crew, because some times, despite him not even being on site, he would tell me things were done before I even saw them.
Every single time I spoke with Bobby he would always ask if I had any questions, and if he had answered my questions to my satisfaction, and every time, without fail, the answer was yes. At the end of the project, when all was said and done, they finished their work up 1 day ahead of schedule.
Bobby was very professional, handled the permits himself, answered every single question we had to our satisfaction, took care of everything as requested for this project, and exceeded our expectations in every way he could have.

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Frisch and Sons without hesitation.
