After shopping at several suppliers in the South Bay, our company will use Foundation Building Materials exclusively. They have a good stock of drywall materials. They have different brands of tools so we can choose one or the other. They are accurate in billing. They are incredibly polite to all customers, regardless of gender, race, or language.

Pedro asked for $20 for pallet jack before unloading, he's exercising this kind of works/tactics. No idea but it's not supposed to. Hope the management are aware of these.
Scammers are over the place. No excuse to happen like this.

Slightly limited parking space for customers, but other than that, this is the place to be for your soundproofing needs. They carry the acoustic panels we needed that big store doesn’t offer. They also have a lot of noise proofing sealant option selection.

People here are courteous and helpful. It is easy to say that they know what they are doing.

We visited during the Covid-19 pandemic and amid social distancing protocols. They sold face masks and had a bit of stock during our visit. Hand sanitizers for public were provided too. They also reduced the checkout process to lessen the surface customers' touch. Social distancing signs were ample and displayed appropriately. Face mask signs were on display too. Sadly, some of them were not wearing a face mask.

Other than that, the place is clean and complete with signages. I hope they will indicate max capacity. Still giving them a five star because they have all the things we needed.

it's the only place I know of in the South Bay that is a complete drywall supply and their prices are reasonable too. I am a drywall contractor and I shop there regularly as the prices in the Monterey Bay Area are substantially higher. It is worth it to have materials shipped over here
