My upstairs flooded, flooding my downstairs kitchen. Sadly this is the second time I’ve had water damage in my home. The time was in the kitchen during Covid and Puro first worked built me a beautiful kitchen. This last time I lost my master bedroom and kitchen My first call was to Puro first. They handled everything. I would never choose another company. I love the staff. I love Cassandra, Tito, Ivan, Eric, Jarred and everyone who came to our home to build our house back j to a beautiful home again. This list of professionals within this company is amazing. The crew was excellent. They came out for an emergency call late on a Sunday night. The follow up mitigation required a few weeks of work. The crew communicated timely and kept the house clean and livable throughout the entire process. I highly recommended PuroFirst if you find yourself in need of their services as I did.

I was so impressed with the crew at Purofirst. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, professional and hard working. Angel managed everything perfectly and Alen and Robert worked diligently until the job was done. Joel, Angel and Joseph responded quickly as soon as our insurance called them. We had a leak from the back of our refrigerator that had gotten under the flooring and cabinets. They took out the flooring, ran tests and set up drying fans. They were very polite and professional and kept us updated every day to let us know about the process. Definitely would recommend them.
