Shamrock Construction is beyond excellent. From the owner (Corky) and his crew to every sub, we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I felt confident in the company’s honesty and fair bid. My wife and I just finished a major renovation of our home, which included construction of new garage and deck above the garage, a new roof, new doors, new siding, and new hardscape. Corky is wonderful to work with. The quality of his work is outstanding. He doesn't stand for superficial fixes; he is insistent on a complete and thorough job. He has worked with his subcontractors for years and knows who can do the job - they are also great. Corky was responsive to our requests and inquiries and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with his work and highly highly recommend him. We also feel that the work was fairly priced and worth every penny.

We interviewed three contractors in the Ventura County area for a complete remodel of our home, and we are very happy that we chose to proceed with Corky at Shamrock Construction. We have completed three past remodels in two prior homes, and Corky provided us with the most positive experience and best outcome, by far. Our project was complicated by the pandemic, which led to our architect moving out of state, a closed planning and permitting office, and skyrocketing labor and materials costs. He helped us to navigate these obstacles with patience and persistence. Corky was very honest and transparent about his pricing, and shared all invoices and receipts throughout the project so we could keep our budget on track and relieve some of the stress of remodeling. We learned that he could be trusted to keep our best interests in mind, and saw that he always strived to provide high quality, aesthetically superior work for us. He was exceptionally easy to work with, always maintaining exceedingly good humor and a very flexible stance with us whenever we needed to pivot due to cost or design preferences. We observed that he has good relationships with his employees and subs, and we appreciated that he treated everyone involved on the project respectfully. As a result, those who worked on the project were responsive to his leadership and the project went smoothly. When inevitable issues arose, Corky was quick to communicate them to us, provided us with options to resolve the problem, and implemented changes in a timely manner. Our home turned out beautifully, beyond our expectations in terms of both quality of workmanship, and design aesthetics. Corky is a perfectionist in his work, but a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Our experience with Corky was absolutely amazing and in line with all the previous comentors. His attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of quality far exceeded our expectations. Once the project started it continued straight through to completion with the only interruption being created by us and not him. He is extremely easy to work with and adapts to changes with great understanding. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the project and he was remarkably able to finish on budget as well. We used Corky Campbell, Shamrock Construction, recently to to do a room addition on the 3rd floor in home. It proved to be a more difficult job than expected because of some unanticipated electrical issues. Corky handled them all very well and finished a beautiful job right on time. The new room has become our favorite room in our home. I would recommend Corky to anyone to get quality work done on time. He is a fine fellow and easy to work with.

Corky and his crew are over the top. We purchased our home four years ago and engaged Corky in a very difficult project (one of it's kind in Ventura - an elevator-funicular). He surpassed all our expectations and improved the value of our home significantly. More recently like so many we were impacted by the Thomas fire. Although we did not completely lose our home we had significant damage - part of which involved very difficult problems with our deck/main living area. Corky and his team came to the rescue literally. He worked well with our insurance company and again main miracles happen - not only repairing the damage but making our home beautiful again!

I got to spend a little over four months with Corky and his crew and they were amazing. Corky really took to heart our situation with having a newborn as well as my mother living with us and made sure the impact to our lives was as minimal as possible. Corky added an addition to our house including a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. He also extended our second story master bathroom and closet and did a full remodeled of the outside of our home including new roof, paint and concrete. He listened to my crazy ideas and then brought them to life for me. He is a seasoned professional who knows what will work and what won't. The subs he uses are the absolute best. The were all professional and did amazing work. If there were any changes or corrections that needed to be made they were all over it no questions asked. I want to thank Corky for giving us a home that is beautiful and comfortable for us and our children. We are eternally grateful.
