We were in need of a contractor to manage the renovation of an original 1960s house, and we were very lucky to find Bill by looking online and reading some of his stellar reviews. First, I can say that Bill is an easy to work with and positive kind of guy. I always felt very comfortable with him and feel that I can trust him with any project for my home. We did receive quotes from others and he was always very reasonably priced and up front about costs so that he could work within our budget.

Bill's team removed both load bearing and decorative walls, demoed and replaced the flooring, removed ugly drop ceilings, repaired dry wall, updated electrical, stuccoed, painted and more. Any time I stopped by, all members of his team were respectful and all did a great job. We highly recommend Bill and feel very lucky to have found him!

Highly highly highly recommend Bill and his team. We finally got around to doing some overdue updates to our 1924 bungalow and hired Bill for a long list of projects including;
- painting interior and exterior
- smoothing out textured walls with their drywall experts
- tiling and plumbing work
- a ton of electrical
- siding repairs to remove dry rot (they sourced and found matching siding where others could not!)
- fixing an uneven floor
- new flooring

Bills prices were fair, his crew worked exceptionally hard, and were just great to deal with. I got text updates regularly, he was always cool as a cucumber and only recommended great subcontractors. Even his accountant sent over detailed reconciliations so I felt very informed on where we were at in the budget. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the finishing stages when it's always easy to bounce to another project. Very impressed and glad I have a trustworthy contractor to call for future projects.

We had QCP come out earlier this month and get an estimate for painting our home. Billy came and measured, looked at the exterior, and provided ideas we had never thought about!
He was able to start the work within a week. Billy helped us pick paint samples, brought over the color swatch, and kept communication with us all along the way. I really appreciated his support all along the way.
Once the job got going, his team was epic! They power-washed our home, sanded, prepared the job and did more than I expected. The finished product really exceeded my expectations. Our neighbors have said how good our home looks now!

Best experience I have had with a contractor. Bill was easy to deal with, was thorough and knowledgeable, and did a better job than expected.
His employees were personable, did a great job, and came back multiple times to do touch ups, pressure wash, and to make sure that everything was completed to my liking and expectation.
I would hire these guys for every job I have if I actually lived closer to where they are located as this work was done on an investment property.

I would highly recommend the QPC team to anyone who’s a bit of a perfectionist like myself. Bill came out and quoted not only the exterior paint job, but stucco repair and facia board replacement. His crew got started very quickly and as often happens, ran into more dry rot repairs than originally anticipated. Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic. Anything they had a question about, Bill would reach out directly. They showed up when they said they would and left the project clean at the end of every day. And because they also do construction, I was much more confident in their ability to do the extensive wood work and making the stucco repairs blend in.

They also did an excellent job on my roof. Anyone with a flat roof knows the constant pain and worry about leaks, it’s not a matter of if, but when. My 20 year old torch down asphalt roof started developing a few leaks and I’d get the ladder out every year with the Henry’s, but it would inevitably leak anyway. Instead of replacing the entire roof (which would be a $30-40k job), Bill recommended that I install a thick silicone roof coating that will create an impermeable barrier and also make my home much cooler on hot summer days. Bill and team worked several days just on surface preparation, power washing debris and tending to any repairs. Then they did a surface adhesion test to make sure it would stick to the roof and last before spreading on the thick silicone coating. Not only is my house now free of leaks, it looks great to anyone who can see the roof like my neighbors. At the end of the job, they left the place so clean it was like they were never even here.
