Another reviewer wrote "Peter Chinelli of LA Strong Construction is the contractor that homeowners dream of hiring." I couldn't have said it better myself.

Peter came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and the "before" photos.

We approved the estimate -- we didn't want to wait for the State program.

Peter followed up with drawings and a permit from the City of Long Beach. He showed up on the days that he said he was going to, knocked on the door to remind us he was here, and he left the work site clean and neat at the end of each day.

At the end he presented us with signed off permits, photos (before and after), and all of the paperwork completed for us to present to our EQ insurance for a discount.

I wish he did other construction work!

I met Peter for EBB work. He explained to me how to complete the retrofit without much cost to the extent that the program supports. So, the work started at the end of July after the program was approved, and the work was completed within a week. I am very satisfied with detailed explanations, quick answers, and quality of work. Thank you!
