We started the building process with D&D Homes back in September of 2023, and we are thrilled to say that our home was completed, and we moved in on June 1st. We moved to the Munford, Tennessee area from Wisconsin. When we first found out about our relocation, we were unable to find a home that suited our needs. From simply driving around we found the Walker Meadows subdivision and knew it was our future home.

Our experience with D&D Homes has been nothing short of exceptional. Our home is everything we expected it to be, and we have encountered no issues whatsoever.

The project manager, as well as the entire team, has been attentive and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Even though we are from out of state and were unable to be on site to oversee the building process, they consistently provided us with weekly updates and pictures, making us feel involved and informed every step of the way. There was never a doubt that the project would be completed by the targeted date, even with an unexpected Winter snow storm.

The team at D&D Homes goes above and beyond, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and understanding of our unique situation. They even offered us valuable tips for settling into the area, adding a personal touch to their service.

They took into consideration and helped us ensure we met all of our must haves: arches, outdoor fireplace, pot filler, and jetted tub! The design process was fun and stress free. They have an amazing team member who is helpful at making your dreams come to reality, and also quick to offer her suggestions and also ensure you don’t make poor choices by pointing out things that could clash.

If we were to go through this process again, D&D Homes would be our top choice without question. Our home is not only beautiful, but it is evident that it was well taken care of throughout the building process. We highly recommend D&D Homes to anyone looking for a stress-free and rewarding home building experience.

Kayla demonstrated extreme knowledge through the entire process of new home ownership for us. Our questions were answered as she walked us through the steps of choosing available house plans that will fit our needs for our new retirement home.
