We called Ramsey with a crazy last minute request...drop everything and rearrange your schedule to accommodate our needs.

Scott the owner got back to us immediately and instantly became part of a solution. While he couldn't give us exactly what we wanted in terms of lead time...he went well out of his way to help us solve the problem and coordinate the site services we needed to keep our project on track.

The work was outstanding, and the price was nearly 10% less than the original bid from another contractor. I could not be more satisfied, and I'm thrilled to have Ramsey Asphalt in my database of goto sub-contractors going forward.

Ramsey Asphalt has done 4 projects with us the last 7 years, both cement and asphalt. We use Ramsey for the tricky projects with tight spaces, inclinations, and varying terrain. The work is quality, lasting, and aesthetic. Unlike most other asphalt companies, the crew is friendly, they truly care about their work, and they don't leave a mess when they're done. Scott also personally scoped the projects, ensured the crew did a good job, and even personally fixed some patches later with the crew where a root caused an issue and where water was flowing past a drain. Everything has always been done to our satisfaction and beyond our expectations.

I don't think the 1-star review at the top is legitimate, but is maliciously directed at Ramsey to misinform and damage a friendly and reputable company. I have recommended Ramsey to other companies in town for paving projects, and they have the same opinion as I do: this local company cares about its customers, does quality work, and is here for the long-haul.
