Rich and Pamela with Coast Construction are an amazing team to work with. We hired them to build us our dream custom home in the hills of Arroyo Grande. Rich helped us find a piece of property that would suit the kind of home we wanted to build and was at every architect appointment making sure that our dream would come to vision. Since this was our first time building a home, we had a lot of questions and Rich always took the time to explain the process and what we were to expect during the next year of building. He helped make every decision, and there was a lot of them! Not only do you get an amazing contractor, but Rich has such an eye for design, which made the process of choosing finishes a breeze.
Pamela is one of the most organized people I know, the financial side of it was always on point. We never had to worry about invoices being wrong or having to deal with our construction loan, she took care of it all.
We did a lot of research before hiring a contractor and Coast Construction’s work spoke for itself. The attention to detail, the quality of work and how much they care really shows in every home they do. If we had to do it all over again, I would 100% hire Coast Construction.

Rich and his crew were fantastic to work with. We had him remodel our bathroom (he took it down to the studs). He had a lot of good ideas that we incorporated into the new bathroom design. He also communicated very well regarding pricing and time estimates. We were on a tight timeframe and he completed the job early. We will definitely use Coast Construction again.
