We used Ilya Engineering to do all the structural calculations for our house remodel in Sherman Oaks. From start to finish, Saeid and his team were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about different solutions to achieve our desired goal. Ilya Engineering did not have a rigid mindset but rather worked with us and our budget to achieve our desired outcome. I have never written a review until after a job is completed. I'm taking a chance on this one. These are just good people all around and you know they are not just about profits (as they rightly should) but they go above and beyond to satisfy a client. Saeid and his staff know their stuff! Period! He is not a story teller but he will accommodate you as much as he can. I'm happy to have found them and even though my job is still in progress, I'm quite confident they will deliver.
