City Building and Planning departments will know with the Bolton Engineering stamped plan set, your project will have the detail and thoroughness City requires, meeting current codes and standards. We've been working with Bolton Engineering since 2010, utilizing them for several major projects and wouldn't go anywhere else. Construction in CA alone can be tricky. When you do it in Southern California, in the Coastal Zone, and on Catalina Island it can be downright exasperating. We have now worked with 2 generations of Bolton Engineering Corporation family, who remain our go to engineers for all things construction. From design to implementation Dan Bolton and his team have supported many of our construction projects while assisting us navigate the challenges of the various government agencies.
