Galvic Construction worked on our project on Manhattan Place and did an excellent job. This was a hillside project that involved grading, building a retaining wall, caissons, slab on grade foundation and framing of two single family homes. Vic and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. They worked fast and within our budget, making the experience easy. This company takes the time to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any construction project. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the soft-story retrofit job that Galvic Construction and Development did for one of our properties. They were super easy to work with, were very responsive to all our suggestions, worked well with our engineer, and made the process painless for me and for my tenants. What I liked best was that they included many 'little extras' that needed to be done but were not within their scope of work outlined in the contract. No extra charges. I would certainly do business with them again.

We added 2000 sq.ft to our existing commercial building.
Galvic took this project from A to Z. They worked well with our Architect / Engineer.
The work performed on time. They have given us time frame to complete the construction -
the entire project was done 2 weeks prior to the original estimated time with all finals
in our hands.
We were extremely happy with the service, quality and attention to detail and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Very professional, friendly stuff and above all they know what they are doing.
A 5 star company by all mean!!!!
