1 star because the phone gets answered and 1 star has to be used to leave review. This business does bot accept responsibility for it's mistakes, and does not follow simple instructions. When I contacted office while surveyor was here still ti advise of my situation with the surveyor I was given a flippant reply. This is a serious situation, and because they would not correct their error I am now missing part of my fence. I emailed 2 times as well as called to get the error fixed with no response, due to lack of response i did not pay them, and i emailed them letting them know my stance on the situation.

They will do the job after 26 months of your initial call. However what they quote is not what you will pay and they will not notify you that they are going to go over their quote. $7000 quote went up to well over $13,000. They are not transparent with billing or their charges. We received another bill after we were told everything was up to date, complete, and recorded. Do not waste your money or your time. Do not use them. This was on top of the extreme lack of communication. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone except the secretary to talk to you. Even then she has a script to follow.

Well I've called twice within the last 3 to 4 weeks. Both times I was told it will take me 2 to 3 days to get you a quote, still waiting on week two of second call. Don't know how you keep in business, if this is how you treat your clients

Called and got a quote on what they would charge to come tell us where are property lines are. I calked back and gave them the go to come complete the job. I left a message with the secratery on Thursday, call back on Monday to see when they would be coming out, was told he had my info on his desk and she would give him the message again that we did want to go forward. Well its now Wednesday late afternoon and we still have not herd anything back from this company. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

It's been a week since I requested a quote and nobody has even responded. I have called and just keep getting told by the receptionist, it can take a couple of days. Sounds like she's just reading from a script. No communication, No ETA= poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called Toma and Associates to help me find my boundaries as I needed to upgrade my septic system located on the lower end of 5 acres of overgrown forest and shrubs; I did not wan't to put it on my neighbors property and would have had I not gotten a survey.
Toma and Assoc. were great! After speaking with the owner, he started research with older maps the same day I called. Next day his crew came over early the next morning and started the process of locating any original pins that were left and searching for points that had been accidental removed removed by earlier tractor work.Originally, I wanted to do a partial survey but I added more property lines to find so I could see what the entire 5 acres looked like and they were still able to complete the job with in the 2 day time frame which was quoted to me up front.
The crew were the best! Friendly, courteous, and most of all professional. Everyone in the company kept me informed every step of the process. I learned a lot about surveying and was treated with respect even after I would ask questions that, for them, was probably redundant but for me was important in understanding property lines, recorded descriptions and reading maps.
All in all I would highly recommend Toma and Associates! They were the right company for get a job well done!!

They are very kind and respectful. The owner and the engineers took the time to explain everything. They gave detailed quote on how, what, and the why. They are friendly and professional.

Never got a quote....
They eventually told me my residential survey wasn't worth their time (money)
