I initially contacted Pierce Electric for an estimate to upgrade our main panel and we are considering some backyard improvements. Laura immediately got back to me, and I really appreciate how she didn’t jump to sending someone out but instead asked for photos. Coincidentally, we ended up having an electrical issue so we contacted her and she was able to send someone out that day. Jimmy was prompt and knowledgeable. He understood time is money and tried to root cause our issue as fast as possible. He was able to get us power back that day and then they scheduled a follow up later that week to finish up. He was so cognizant of cleaning up afterwards and despite us not caring that he needed to cut some very small holes in our walls he was very apologetic. Everything with Pierce was professional yet personable. They offer a military discount which we are so appreciative for! We’ve been burned before and are extra cautious now vetting who we hire. Don’t hesitate to contact Pierce Electric!

Great experience. Laura contacted me almost immediately when I reached out about a quote. Matt arrived, listened to what we needed, let us know his professional recommendations, and we received a quote that was easy to understand. The work was completed very timely, Jimmy & his crew were clean, kept me informed every step of the way of what they were doing when, and were able to keep me up and working from home with very minimal downtime. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I know we will have more work in the future and will absolutely be calling them. Very highly recommend Pierce Electric!

I own a duplex-rental in Vallejo and I wanted to switch from a gas stove to electric. This required some new electrical wiring to the panel to accommodate the stove. Pierce Electrical were a breeze to work with; they accommodated my delays in the execution of the project and managed to perform the entire install of stove, new vent hood and traverse of exterior electrical connection in just four hours! Amazing! No mess left behind and pure success.
This company is definitely worth 5 stars in my book!

We had a power surge at our home and found out our heater and AC was inoperable. Called Pierce early this morning and, first, Laura did a great job getting things organized. Jimmy S. showed up at our house less than an hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC/heater. Just GREAT customer service!!
