My wife and I just completed an extensive home renovation with Project and Property. We have been so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Daniel and his team. From the initial walk through to completion of the project, this company delivered in every way. The team was on site every day and completed our 4 month renovation 2 weeks early!! We utilized a renovation mortgage loan to complete the work and Daniel had no problem working with us and being flexible with the added paperwork and inspections. I am currently working with Daniel and Rachael Tanner / Project & Property on a contemporary 4-unit apartment building in Lake Worth Beach. I’ve been impressed by the enthusiasm and the competence of all of the staff throughout their company.

Daniel is very responsive to questions and comments. The building required a Minor Site Plan Review and Daniel made himself available for meetings and discussions whenever necessary thereby helping to speed up an already time-consuming process. He finds ways to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
