Scott at SAE Builders is our family’s GO TO contractor! We were so impressed with the first patio he ever built for us that we called him back to build two more as we moved on to newer homes. Not only does he build patios, just recently Scott built a much needed awning for our front door. The heat from the sun was destroying the paint on the door (as you can see in the photos) but now that we have shade I’m ready to repaint! The awning compliments the look of our home perfectly and also matches our backyard patio, which Scott also built. I should also mention that he completed the awning in just a few hours on a holiday (4th of July), working outside in the dreadful 100+ degree weather! Whenever any issue arises around the house, Scott will take the time out of his day to either stop by or guide us step by step in what to do. It’s hard to find kind, honest, caring people nowadays who do QUALITY WORK. Whether it’s a mechanic, landscaper, or contractor, my family and I are very fortunate to know Scott at SAE Builders not just as a contractor, but a great friend👍🏼

We had another breaker panel installed for our jacuzzi and Scott did an excellent job! He made it look really nice and clean. He is very genuine, personable, easy to talk to and all around amazing! 10/10 I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Scott is hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with. He's personable, professional, punctual, and a total detail-oriented craftsman. He converted my downstairs laundry and guest room into an ADU and turned an upstairs guest room into a dream laundry room and office. It turned out amazing!
