After an amazing introduction, to Anlin windows, from Waylan, I ordered 18 windows. This is why:

The performance and warranty for these windows are a matter of record. The only question was, 'what would the installation be like?' Construction Concern has past reviews that could go either way, but this is a family run local business and Waylan said he would honor a 5 year warranty, on their installation, to put my mind at rest.

The installation crew arrived timely and took 4 days to get the job done. They removed all debris and did their best to honor any request I had. I did have questions about the installation process that Waylan answered promptly. He inspected the work and addressed all of my concerns.

During this process, I discovered many of Construction Concern's employees have been with them for decades and take pride in their work product.

Now I enjoy my mountain top views through beautifully well insulated, fire rated, sound reduction windows.

At more than one point he and his crew members asked if I was completely satisfied.

These guys are great. First off they sell Anlin windows. I didn't know there was such a difference in the quality compared to other window manufacturers but there is. There first day they knocked out 9 windows and 1 slider. It was done neatly and professional. Richard's installation crew was great and had nothing but respect for my home and our belongings. Being in the home improvement business myself I have a very high standard for what I expect when a contractor does work for me. Construction Concern had exceded all of my expectations so much I gave him 2 of my friends, and 1 very good client for new windows. Even a bonus they were less $$ than the competition. From when we ordered our windows to install was less than 5 weeks. If your looking for new windows your search is over finding the rights guys. You just did....

So I just wanted to share our renovation progress, we still have so much more to do but super happy at the progress!!! I mainly want to shine the spotlight on a family business that is located in Newhall, they are the reason we have completed a major project, if you need any construction big or small I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Construction Concern!!! Waylan and his guys are amazing, they helped us with new window installation, converting a sliding glass door back to a window, closing up a window and, new front door installation in 3 days, time frame was great and it turned out beautifully!!!!

If you are looking for a quality construction company for a remodel, once you have heard everyone else’s pitch, call Waylan(Sales Manager)and your search will be over! There installation staff have been with them for years, and treat your home as if it was their own. They have given our home a long overdue facelift that gives us instant gratification as well as value. When you are ready, call them…you will not be disappointed!!

I can't give praise enough for this company. From the presentation of the project to the installation, the professionalism, precision and skills were just fantastic. Waylan gave us very informative and thorough presentation and the crew who came to install our windows a month later were top notch. They worked diligently from 8am to 4pm to make sure that all the windows were installed properly. They sealed everything inside and outside. I can't thank them enough. They covered everything in hour house to make sure nothing would be damaged and they cleaned and vacuumed everything after the installation.

Not to be trusted!!! Do not move forward with Richard H and his team. He advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, yet sold me 18 windows that don’t seal from a poor installation and faulty weather stripping from the manufacturer Anlin. When Richard was approached about the weather stripping he claimed that ‘it looks just fine’ to him. When the Anlin rep arrived they confirmed it was improperly installed and would need to replace it on every window. Richard provided subpar installation service and substandard windows. Guess you get what you pay for! I would never advise anyone to pursue Construction Concerns services as I have grave concerns about the products they represent and the installation/service they provide.
