I've been meaning to share this review! WTP Construction Santa Clarita helped us with a bathroom and plumbing issue we were experiencing. Initially, we suspected the leak was from our tub, giving us the perfect excuse to replace it and renovate our bathroom. But after a thorough examination, the technicians discovered that the leak was from the waterline to the bathroom sink on the second floor. The crew was able to promptly address the plumbing issue, remove and replace the damaged wall and ceiling materials, repaint the affected areas, and even install new laundry cabinets to substitute the ruined ones. Despite our initial misunderstanding, the team treated us as if we had requested a full bathroom renovation! This whole process took place during the holiday period, and we were seamlessly integrated into their existing work schedule. The demolition, plumbing fixes, patching, and painting were all executed flawlessly. The team also connected us with a designer to help us choose new cabinets, which were delivered just a week after we ordered them. A technician from WTP Construction Santa Clarita visited my home to provide an estimate for the removal of a huge Live Oak stump that had destroyed my patio. My patio was in ruins with sections raised at a 45-degree angle due to the stump. The stump needed to be excavated and the hole filled and compacted to prepare for the patio rebuild. They told me they were quite busy with other projects, so the job would be scheduled a few weeks ahead. They called me ahead of time to arrange a day and time. The technician and his worker arrived punctually, discussed what needed to be done, and got right to work. The job was far from simple as the stump was near water lines, and my septic leach field was directly behind the work area. Despite this, their skill with their equipment was impressive. They managed to remove the stump with ease, even with the size of the excavator compared to the stump. They accomplished all of this without any damage to my waterlines or leach field, showing their expertise and care. In addition to removing the stump, they filled and compacted the hole, removed the old patio concrete, brought in new base rock and spread it, and handled other heavy-lifting jobs made easier with their heavy equipment on site. They relocated the large oak rounds from the tree to a central pile, removed and graded multiple rock-walled gardens, and relocated several burn piles in the area and graded the sites since they are no longer in use. They also cut some concrete away from the house to make a clean edge for the new patio. The two-person crew was punctual, professional, and highly skilled. Their work was flawless, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I had received estimates from other companies that were more than three times the estimate given by this company, and those higher estimates were for less work than what was performed. This shows that their prices are fair, and their work is honest. They were willing to do extra work on site and make recommendations based on my future rebuild plans, and were very flexible. My wife was extremely happy with the final product in terms of function, aesthetics, and safety. We're now ready for the rebuild! If you have any heavy equipment work that needs to be done, including earth moving, road building, or septic, I highly recommend you give them a call.
