I have been blown away by my kitchen and living area remodel which was created and managed by Dawn Rudio of Rudio Designz. We had a great connection starting with our first meeting and a discussion of the scope and nature of the remodel. I needed the whole downstairs of my house freshened from its 1980’s look. But my primary focus was the kitchen which was small and outdated.

We discussed some major renovations which turned out magnificently. Dawn has an excellent eye for spatial layout, colors, and designs. Her ideas and guidance left me with a kitchen and downstairs living area that I enjoy being in and am truly proud of. I love the complements I’ve received from my family and friends.

Right from the start and throughout the project, Dawn, Bryan and Alison of Rudio Designz were always present and kept the work flowing with their very competent contractors. The total time from start to finish was about half of what I was expecting based on my friends’ experiences.

Dawn and her people take care of every detail and fix any flaws that occur. I felt like they took ownership of the job and weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. And there were always extra touches that Dawn put in that exceeded my expectations. It was so much fun working with Dawn that I am almost sorry the job is finished

If you need any design or upgrades to your home, I can highly recommend Dawn and Rudio Designz. You won’t be sorry.

Dawn and her team are amazing! From the remodel of my kitchen, to my new stone fireplaces, updated bathroom, and new stairs...I could not be happier. Working with Dawn was a wonderful experience for our first kitchen remodel! Our tiny kitchen was entirely transformed and Dawn helped us redo the floors in our condo as well. I love my new laminate floors! They look and feel fantastic, and I've been getting tons of compliments from friends too, which is an added bonus. Huge thanks to Dawn Rudio for helping me choose these floors! I went to 2 other companies for quotes before I decided to go with Dawn. After meeting her at her showroom in Valencia, she drove all the way to our house in Oxnard, measured the area and helped us with design, color choices and a few other ideas (like suggesting to use carpet on the stairs and laminate on the landing). She truly cares, and is super nice to deal with. I highly recommend her services!
