As soon as we got approved from our HOA M&I was there pouring our slab for a patio area! When we were in the market for making a space for a gazebo in our yard, we had called 4 other companies when we contacted M&I they came out the next day measured and gave a quote (all the other companies never gave a ring back).Their prices are fair for the size concrete slab we were looking for. The longest wait was my HOA approval. The contact person was Donna she handled all our questions and details of our project in a timely and very professional manner. She made us feel like we were close as family. The slab came out just as we had had hoped for even with a texture. I would DEFINITELY Recommend M& I Builders Inc. to EVERYONE
