W me have been living in this magnificent project. It’s really the best place to live in Istanbul. Tranquil and very calming. However, the main drawbacks are the management and the after sales department. They don’t care for anything except money. As for the after sales department they are understaffed and lack honesty. The developer depended on lots of subcontractors, and this is where the disaster started. The hearing system is suffering from problems starting form the dirty water ( calcification) which affects the heater needless to mention the several and recurring problem of the radiators.

We have invested lots of money in the decorations and we are suffering from water leaks in the main master bedroom shower. Which affects the walls of the next bedroom causing moth and bacteria accumulation. Where my mother has been affected health wise.

We have asked the developed or after sales to look at this issue and they keep sending incompetent staff and they come and inspect and go. Nothing has happened. Our wall paper is completely damaged needless to me mention the fact the bedroom is out of service low due to health hazard issues.
Moreover. The garage is on pathetic situation a single rain causes showers from the garage ceiling and damages to the car paint ( calcification again ) has anyone done anything constructive despite my several calls and frustration. NOTHING. I think the management is failing to deliver on the promise of such a site. Lack of transparency and lack of accountability.

Hello readers of my review. I was lucky enough to buy an apartment in the Deniz Marina complex. The developer and his numerous advertisements position this housing as elite and high quality. The house was commissioned in November 2022. After a year and a half, I saw that the plaster, along with the paint, began to peel off the walls. The wall in the lobby, trash room and in particular my balcony was damaged. On April 15, 2024, I contacted the management company with a request to make repairs on my balcony, since the cause of the destruction was the painting of still wet plaster, which was solely the fault of the developer (apparently he was in a hurry). There was no response to my requests at all. A month later, after numerous calls, I managed to contact them and they said that they had a lot of work and we would get everything done someday. After three months, my request was closed as completed. What was done: the solution was applied directly to the destroyed plaster (i.e., no one tore off the damaged areas, but simply spread it on top), no one wanted to cover the floor tiles with film and it was all stained with the solution. No one leveled the mortar or painted the ceiling and walls. I'm amazed by this kind of work. Luxury housing implies, first of all, the quality of construction, and secondly, the quality of operation. What is missing. I pay the management company about 3,700 liras per month (not including water and electricity). And no one wants to deal with my problems, I cannot contact the management of the management company.
I conclude that by buying an apartment, you become a hostage to these people. All the developer’s shortcomings will have to be corrected at his own expense and this is very wrong. and if someone wants to buy an apartment in this complex, they should have an idea of ​​what will happen to you after the purchase.
