There is my favourite place for living, here is more comfortable, unique than other living buildings. There are a lot of restaurants which is have very good delicious food, tasty desserts. I am very appreciate that. 🧿

Bought an apartment in December of 2018. Now its 2020 and the builder has still not given the title deed. Keep pushing it back every two months. Now say end of march of 2020 but highly unlikely given the past interaction with them.

The worst unprofessional people I signed to buy
Apartment/flat in March 2019 put deposit 10 000
And supposed to wire the full amount 2 400 000
In three weeks I had my lawyer go from Bodrum to İstanbul try to finish the process , as I live in canada .

just to find that they don’t have deed. Tapu . They said tapu will be ready June 2019 . And I cannot reserve it. And they canceled the deal . Though I was will in April to keep the deposit till they have there paperwork straight. They refused and the deal is cancelled

I went back in June 2019 still no tapu yet
Told August 2019 will be ready .

I went back now September-October they said it will ready in 10 of October but the prices now higher than in March 2019 . And they can’t honor the old price.

Keep lying to your face about being government project and everything is fine but they don’t even have good timeline of the projects and just waste of your time .

I will never go back not professional except for the sale person Mahdi who is from Tunisia but the other Turkish people there don’t trust them .
