Not sure why the negative reviews. The grounds are well maintained. Solar panels. Walking trails right out the front door. Walking distance to the Colonies Shopping district. No mosquitos - we've lived here through 2-summers and NEVER had insect problems and we are right up to the wetlands. Beautiful views of Mt. Baldy...and the service/maintenance team is 100%. Low HOA (correct there is no pool, but there is a small park for pets, outdoor grilling, maintained community).

No parking for guests! Do not buy. High HOA for having no pool or rec room. Location is next to wetlands which is FILLED with mosquitos during the summer. Also, project has been going on for a long time. You’re better off buying at The Resort in Rancho Cucamonga or Sage at Ninth Street in Upland.

Really unethical sales people who constantly play games with people looking to buy a unit. Went in one day and was told they had no interest to sell the model, came back 3 days later and they sold the models, then told one sold for $615K then was told $635K of I wanted to buy it.....yet wait it was already sold so go figure.
