In 2017 Darrell Hughes and team completely remodeled our kitchen, new hardwood floor and stair upgrade. We were so pleased that when we decided to remodel our primary bathroom, we knew who we wanted to do it. I cannot say enough good things about D.F. Hughes Construction! Everything from initial consultation through completion was top notch. The designer was a delight to work with - making suggestions and coordinating appointments. The sub contractors were professional and very considerate of our home. The project manager was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He always let us know what to expect to take place each day. We were given a timeline and they met or exceeded every phase of construction. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and highly recommend D.F.Hughes Construction.

This review is long past due. D F Hughes was highly recommended to me by a friend. It all started with a meeting with Darrell and his kitchen designer and Proj Mgr, Nicole. They listened to my ideas (which were a lot of what ifs) and came back with two different designs. We picked the one that most represented what I wanted and we worked from there. We took 3 separate spaces and opened it all up. I now have a larger kitchen and a large living area. The change in my home is monumental. The team who did my work were very professional, neat and on time. Like any project when you take walls down to the studs we had some unexpected gotchas but when found, a plan was quickly made to right the wrong. Darrell, Nicole and everyone else who worked with me was top-notch. Thank you for your ideas and execution of the plan. It is many months after the project and I still walk in and smile.

Last year we decided to remodel our bathrooms but we knew we needed a good contractor and decorator. We received a recommendation for DF Hughes Construction and met with Mr. Hughes and the decorator. We were so impressed with their vision, professionalism and knowledge that we signed with them that day. The decorator, Nicole, was with us every step of the way helping us to make the perfect choices. She was outstanding as was every other person involved with this company. Their work ethic, integrity and promptness was impressive. We love our bathrooms so much that we are now having them remodel our kitchen. Great company, wonderful people, excellent job!
