G.C.Raymond Construction did a floor job for me. The floor job consisted of carpet removal and install of hardwood floors on the first level. The second level consisted of carpet removal and install new carpet. They showed me samples and explained to me the difference between material prices vs durability and explained to me in language that I could understand to make an informed decision. The pricing was fair but yet competitive. The entire work was performed by Mario and his helper. They were punctual daily and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their work was detailed, precise, professional, specialized, top quality and outstanding. The end result exceeded expectations. The work was completed in the expected timeframe. I am extremely satisfied with the high level of professional workmanship, attention to detail, honesty and respect shown to my family during the project. Strongly recommend G.C. Raymond Construction for your next home improvement project.

GC Raymond Construction completely rebuilt my home and I love it! We had a small 1-story 100 year old house with a failing foundation and now have a 2-story, beautiful, newly built home.

Customer Service: We primarily worked with Eric who had wonderful customer service - he was patient, kind, and quick to respond throughout the process. If there was a issue, they worked to make it right.
Subs/Materials: I appreciated and am happy with their recommendations for subs and materials (windows, siding, cabinets, etc). They did a beautiful job to make it look like a craftsman home- nice proportions on the window and door trim that they designed. I had particular opinions in aesthetic choices that they followed through on (even if it wasn't to their taste).
Contract: We worked on contract language together that we all felt good about. Be sure to be clear on what is in and out of scope.
Timeframe: The project did take longer than they originally stated, but it took less time than I had planned! I have neighbors that started similar projects before ours and they are still in progress. Their team is great!
Workmanship: I have lived in the house for several months now and there are only a few very minor issues that they are helping to resolve.
Overall: I would hire them again and would (and have) recommended them to friends for large renovation projects.

We entered a contract with G.C. Raymond Construction (Eric Halverson) to replace exterior cedar shingle sidings on 2 side of a 4 side exterior sides of the home, replaced exterior window sills, primed the shingles, then painted the whole house and garage (separate unit). His team was always on time from 8am - 4pm. The guys were friendly and very diligent about their work. Eric would stop by from time to time to inspect their work, which made us more confident about their work ethics. We would use them again, they were professionals. Can highly recommend them to perform any siding replacements.
