I first call another company in town but i found out quickly they were not up to par, it took 5 days and countless phone calls to get an estimate then never heard from them until the day Ridgeline put on my roof. I called called Ridgeline and was set up to met Jordan Forrester. What a Difference, night and day. This young man was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel he had our back. High praise for Jordan! He is one of the Best representative of a company I have ever met. He had me an estimate within 45 minutes. I signed the contract and he scheduled the roof replacement. The crew he sent was outstanding, hard workers, and did a wonderful job. Jordan even came out the day that they started then checked back with me the next day to make sure I was happy. If you need a roof call and ask for Jordan you will not be sorry. Went great until the day they were scheduled to install. Supposed to start at 7 didn’t show up until after 9. The crew didn’t have enough material and the foreman had to keep leaving to get stuff, but he was the only one who spoke English. One of the workers mis stepped and came through my dining room ceiling. They fixed the hole most of the way. Crew finished after dark and left a few hundred screws all over my yard also got some in the pool along with shingle scraps and pieces of metal. They also left a bunch of food trash around the house. Sales guy came back and picked up another 40-50 screws out of the yard. They called a few days later and Justin came out to the house. He Said they were going to come back and change the drip edge because what they installed was the wrong color and that he would take some money off the total. Didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks so I called. Ended up getting $975 back in a check, but they have never called to schedule a repair/replacement of the drip edge. I texted and called but never heard from them again. Roof went on about 4 months ago and it seems good (no leaks) and Ridgeline had good reviews, but we had a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, maybe my experience was a fluke, but I wouldn’t risk it, especially when you are spending over 20k.

Ridgeline came to our home after a heavy hailstorm. We assumed our metal roof would not have hail damage. We already needed roofing maintenance but were unsuccessful in getting the company that installed our roof to come out and make the repairs. We told Ridgeline they could do the job if they could get insurance to pay for a new roof. They handled everything. Luke checked in with us every step of the process. The workers caused minor property damage, and Ridgeline quickly made it right. Many companies would have ignored that. I recommend Ridgeline to anyone needing a new roof.

Customer service was fantastic; I called for an inspection thinking a leak needed to be repaired. Maurice Harwood was the one to respond, and he actually came out a day early due to some impending bad weather; I appreciated his initiative and willingness to go the extra mile. It turns out my issue was with my gutters and not my roof, but I still commend his work ethic. If I do need any work on my roof in the future, they're my first choice.
