Rey and his team work excellently on my home projects that are too big for me to do on my own.
He’s converted two garages into beautiful office and lounge spaces.
Revitalized a pantry into a beautiful walk in with lighting and outlets.

In my previous home he completely renovated my kitchen and living room that required relocated a fireplace.

He’s also worked on 4 bathrooms of mine, one of which was our master bath, that he turned into spa like quality.

He’s affordable, kind, responsive, and a good communicator.

Rey's team at Santa Margarita Construction was absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such efficiency with a contractor before. Not only were they on time, but they even beat their estimated projection, completing the repiping of our house from old galvanized piping to PEX in just 5 days instead of the projected 10. Their ability to avoid disturbing the tiles we requested to keep intact with creative drywall cuts was impressive. Additionally, Rey's pricing was very reasonable compared to the 6 other quotes we received. Thank you, Rey, for such a smooth and efficient experience. We'll definitely be reaching out for future projects!
