Wow, what horrible customer service this company has. My checking account was hacked and the thieves who hacked it were able to make plenty of charges in the first day. As a result, my bank recommended we cancel the account and start a new one. I had just written two checks to Big Park Domestic Wastewater Improvement District a day or two before my checking account got hacked. Therefore, when BPDWID attempted to cash my checks, naturally they were returned by our bank. Before they sent me a letter, made a call, anything to let me know about this, they sent me a very rude email threatening to put a lien on our two properties and saying we now had to pay via certified funds. I called immediately to let them know what happened with the fraud on our account and to say that I didn't appreciate the tone of the email I received, and oh my gosh what an attitude I received from Dianne! She immediately started raising her voice with me and talking to me as if I was a child (I'm a 48 year old business owner by the way). I told her I didn't appreciate her tone of voice and that only seemed to irritate her even further. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and she yelled out "I'm the owner of the company!" I said fine but suggested she let someone else field the calls since this is a customer service type of company and the customer service I was receiving from her was less than professional. She replied by saying "Sir, I've had just about as much fun with you as I'd care to have!" and hung up on me!! What just happened? I tried calling back to speak with someone else (I do need to pay my bill after all) and the phone just rang and rang. I'm sure there will be some repercussion for me writing this review, but I felt it needed to be written.
