When we decided to put up a patio cover, I thought they were a dime a dozen. All of the designs seemed about the same, so I made a few calls just to see who might be the first available. Dave was referred by a friend, it it was obvious from the start that he offered a BIG STEP UP from the standard patio cover. We were sold from the first consultation! Our patio cover is more than we could have imagined, and is more like an extension of our house. We made the decision to put in a couple of skylights (not offered by the other guys), AND Dave was able to offer a longer beam so that we only have 2 posts and our amazing view is not compromised. Dave and the crew at Myriad Construction were polite and on time, and our beautiful structure was completed in less than a day! I highly, highly recommend!

From beginning to end the customer service and work was amazing. The entire staff was the best to work with. Jim and Dave were so easy and good to work with through the entire process. Patricio did an amazing and meticulous job on the concrete and the border around the concrete with grapevines. It looks so good! Ramone was also amazing with the turf and plants. You can tell that each one of them take a lot of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them to do anything in your yard. Myriad did not do an actual covering but everything else was done perfect and very meticulously. The pricing was very reasonable especially for how good of a job they did. You will not be sorry if you select Myriad Construction to do your cover or yard.

I was truly satisfied with the work done by Myriad Construction. My sunroom looks amazing! Not to mention the fact that Dave is very reliable. If you have an issue, he is on it. I feel really comfortable contacting him with any issues I may have. So far so good. I would definitely recommend Myriad Construction for a sunroom or any outdoor projects you may have. I have seen photos of their outdoor work and they look impeccable.

Dave’s attention to detail and pride in his work really shows. We absolutely love our sunshades for our alumawood patio. I highly recommend choosing Myriad Construction!

From the start of this process every employee at Myriad has been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Robert came over first to take measurements and give us a quote. He went over our color options and explained our choices as far as how many lights we could have, ceiling fans, outlets, etc. The colors available matched the color scheme of our house perfectly. We ended up with 6 LED lights, 2 outlets, and we chose to put up two ceiling fans. You have to find and buy your own fans but they'll install them for you. When installation got closer a gentleman by the name of Dave came over to verify the measurements and go over the details. Loved that. Lots of safe guards in place to make sure there are no issues the day of installation. Today, Cruz and Tony came over to build our Alumawood cover. They were friendly and answered all the questions that I had but really got here and just got right to work, even with me playing 20 questions. I could not believe how quickly these guys were getting this thing up, and how good it looked! They mocked up where the lights and fans were going to go to make sure I was happy with the placement. They also asked where we wanted the outlets to be. We chose one low and one high so we don't have to worry about power cords when we put up a TV. They were finished before 4pm, and that included cleaning up. I am obsessed with our new cover and cannot wait for all the days and nights spent out there with my family and dogs watching the game, drinking a few beers around the firepit, and watching the kids in the pool. This company and it's employees are the real deal.

Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. Not responsive to calls for further work to be done at my residence even when contacting him to work out a date and time and AFTER not showing up for an appointment. Pretty good work performed but disappeared after taking your money. Bring your business elsewhere!
