My experience with David was Phenomenal . every step of the way he was there to guide me along and making decisions and giving me the best advice possible in any little changes that I asked for he met those and exceeded those. I have been around a lot of homes being built, and I must say that the scrap was bare minimum anyway we could possibly save money. He helped out tremendously all the folks that he has working for him was superb as well very professional, polite, and well mannered I would highly recommend David Baron built homes. Would love to use him again in my future endeavors of building my next home

David Baron is true Professional and man of his word (near impossible to find in this day and time). Baron Built Homes are true custom, quality built homes. The workmanship speaks for itself, first class from Start to Finish. David built our beautiful home as agreed, within the budget we agreed to AND without cutting any corners. David makes the home building experience an enjoyable experience.

David Baron, Baron Built Homes, helped me design and build a beautiful 2 story "Gold Fortified", insulated concrete form home, on concrete pilings in Orange Beach, Alabama. From the very beginning of the design phase all the way until the home was completed, I could not have been more pleased. David was readily available throughout the entire planning and building process, and personally oversaw things every step of the way.

I highly recommend Baron Built Homes without reservation, for any new home build or home renovation. He is the most honest, up front, stand up builder that I have ever dealt with.

My husband and I designed our dream home and then went on the search to find a builder that would bring it to life for us. We wanted someone that would work with us and really care about the build as much as we did. After 3 years and meeting with several builders we finally met David Baron with Baron Built Homes, and what a blessing it was.
The planning and building process was a breeze with David, from the very beginning David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to our needs, and presented us several options for us to consider. He always went above and beyond, even communicating with us on days off to ensure our needs were met and meeting us on site when we had questions. We definitely challenged David at times, lol, my husband isn't the easiest to please. But David had the patience of a saint.
We are now in our dream home and we couldn't be happier, it's even more beautiful then we imagined. If you are looking for a home builder you can trust and will do an amazing job, call David at Baron Built Homes, I promise you won't be disappointed. We had such a great connection with David he went from our builder to our friend quickly and by the time our build was over we considered him family!

Baron is a quality builder - special features - were easily added at reasonable prices - after 18 years everything is in good shape and working well - I credit this to the use of quality materials and good construction methods - I would use him myself and recommend him to anyone F S Roberts II
