Our kitchen sink got a slow leak several years ago. We didn't know about it until recently when mushrooms started sprouting in the house! BEMA came out and sealed of the areas and did a mold test. After the tests came back they worked with my insurance and got it remedied. Fast, efficient, great quality and cost. Highly recommend!

I don't know about the other reviews, but I've experienced nothing but the best from these guys. Their competitors came out and glanced at the job and gave an outrageous estimate. BEMA came out, did a proper inspection and got the ball rolling on repairs to stop the damage immediately. The cost was great, the costumer service and worker ethic was excellent, and they actually cared about the impact it was having on me and my family. Every step of the way everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. When issues came up, they pivoted and made it happen. I will never use anyone else in the valley, it was that good. This wasn't a little job either. We're talking 1100 square feet plus a crawl space. Thank you Joe, and thank you BEMA for making this unpleasant experience bearable.

The wind storm blew the cap off of my roof leaving a 5ft × 4inch hole in my roof. My walls filled with ice and I didn't know the severity of it until the temperatures began to rise and it all melted. My sheetrock was damaged, all of flooring was damaged, my insulation needed to be re-done and my wall open to dry out. They came in and assured me they'd take great care of me, pulled up some of flooring, started dry out, assured me they'd get my flooring and told me to expect a call from their office. They left me high and dry.. never showed back up, left me with this mess and the owners son sighed out of annoyance when I called to ask if I could still get help. He told me he'd contact me about fixing collapsed ceiling then stood me up.
I'm a single mom who works full time and has 4 teenagers. I'm now trying to fix it myself every day when I get home from work.
My heart hurts after the way I was treated from this company. I need help and these "men" would just stand me up like this. Ill never use them again. To the people at Bema who did this.. you know who you are, You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I love this company for the workers and staff. They treated me like family even tho I was a customer and fought the insurance company for me so I got the best treatment. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you all for all your help!!!
