I needed Stucco work to complete an electrical panel relocation in my house. Ginadi and the team did a stellar job completing it for me. The crew showed up on time did excellent job on the lathe and passed San Jose city inspection without any issue then came back to complete the stucco work after the inspection. Great communication and professionalism. The guys even left everything clean after they’ve finished (extra points in my book)

We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded. We were very happy with the outcome, the timeframe was efficient, and reasonable price (we got quotes for the first project). We will work with Feldman Construction on any future home projects.

We highly recommend Feldman construction for your any remodeling/building project. My husband and I live in Maryland and we own a house in North California.

Feldman construction did a terrific job renovating our town home. They
Installed 155 feet of fence around the house and installed a new gate. They also renovated our kitchen and added one guests bathroom. Ginadi and his crew did an outstanding job. They were always responsive,knowledgeable,kind, reliable, always honest and very very professional. Every advice or idea they gave us ended up being perfect and the right one for us. Feldman construction has the ability to identify the client needs and come up with a solution and answer to any question or concern during the project.
We are very happy with the results and we're in love with our new home.

Great experience! I managed project from another state and the continual communication and updates were perfect. Project got done early and work was perfect. Professional crew showed up on time and stayed to schedule. Such a great job we are using them for another project in Capitola. Highly recommend!
