Best construction we've worked with. They were timely with all parts of the construction, respectful of our space, and very communicative all throughout the process.

They took on a large project of taking our basement and turning it into another living area, bedroom, and moved the laundry room.

Isaac was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable contractor. We are so happy with the results! And they did it in time of arrival of our baby!

We engaged with Edri construction to perform a full model of our small kitchen in a 1925 San Francisco Fourplex. I would consider this a challenging project as we had limited space to work with and wanted to build in more counter/cabinet space while also adding in a washer,/dryer, dishwasher and replacing other appliances. This required all new electrical and plumbing. The team was unfazed by the scope and was ready to start following week.

From the outset, the process was highly organized making decisions simple and hands-off as possible for us. They immediately sought out all required permits while keeping us informed on the important details only and handling all the permitting minutia themselves

David and his team completed every aspect of the job with pride and precision. The team were true masters in their trades and completed all parts of the job from plumbing electrical drywall appliance installation tiling – everything from start to finish.

They were also friendly and took extreme care to protect all common areas. The kitchen came out great with any instance where we had a follow up adjustment, they always took the time to fix it until we were happy. Communication was outstanding.

On top of everything else, each interaction with this company was an absolute pleasure. Everyone who worked on our kitchen obviously took tremendous pride in their work from demolition to completion. We Would highly recommend Edri Constucion for a top-knotch kitchen remodel.

After five years in my condo, I decided to remodel my tiny and impractical kitchen. I consulted 5 different companies. Everyone gave roughly the same estimates. I chose Edri after meeting a few times with Isaac, who was the project manager. Isaac quickly grasped what I needed, had great initial suggestions about layout and options for scope of the project. I really liked his attitude and his attention to detail. He presented a detailed estimate for work and delivery date, which we stuck to. I greatly appreciated that he managed everything so well: permits, different vendors, architect, structural engineer and cabinet designers. It was like a one-stop shop. Every construction worker that came over for different stages of the project were experts in what they were doing. The work was thorough and of great quality. I have seen some projects with shoddy craftsmanship and that was one of my fears, but all the work they did was impeccable. They were also very mindful of protecting my floors and surfaces. Isaac often gave me updates and sent me pictures when I was out of town. I ended up wanting some extra work and he priced it quickly and we were able to fit it in and stay within our planned delivery date.
My new kitchen has completely transformed my living space. I finally have the kitchen of my dreams. I've already been asked by three people who was my contractor. 🙂

A friend of ours who is an architect recommended Edri to us and we are so glad she did. Edri completed our kitchen/living/dining room, powder room, and back yard renovation and did a fabulous job! David was our project manager and he is the best. Our project was structurally complex and involved knocking down multiple walls, but Edri knew exactly how to approach this and it was clear they were experts at executing structural work in San Francisco homes. We actually lived in our home during the renovation and they were so considerate and accommodating of that, always cleaning up and keeping things livable for us. I will admit to being so picky with a million questions and the Edri team always answered all of my questions/made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. They're fabulous and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. We actually hope to do a bit more work on our house and are already looking forward to working with them again.

David and the entire Edri team were great during the whole process. We set out with a plan and they were able to make it happen for us! They turned our jungle of a backyard into a peaceful oasis, our 1990s powder room into the present, and our living/dining/kitchen space with an absurd number of walls into an open and beautiful concept with a very logical flow. David was our Project Lead and is family to us now. To add stress during a renovation, we decided to live in the house with our 2-year old and another on the way. David made this possible and his team was clean and respectful of the house each and every day. We then had our child earlier than anyone could plan for, in the middle of construction, and David continued to step up and make our lives stress-free while everything was going on. All in all, they are great. They treat you like family and the work speaks for itself. We can't wait to work with Edri again on our next project!

They coordinated the 3D kitchen design with Bau Box who also did a wonderful job with their amazing cabinets which are very modern and impressive. We could not be happier with our experience. So happy I chose Edri Construction! I remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room! I worked with Isaac from Edri Construction who dealt with everything like, codes, getting permits, passing inspections, etc., which took a lot of stress off of me. He even met me at one of the granite stores to take a look at an option I was considering! He and his team kept me fully updated with texts on What's App, phone calls, videos, and in person meetings. He always answered my questions and his responses were so positive. One of his crew told me "If you're happy, then we're happy". I am in love with my house and can't thank Edri Construction enough!!
