Bill was friendly and patient with my two young children; they were highly interested in his work and the visitor in our home. He completed the job quickly and charged us a fair and competitive rate. Every time in the past when we've called the other larger air conditioning companies in the area we have had to pay a lot more. I highly recommend Continental !

He came out same day in fact late in the day and fixed our A/C promptly. He even educated us on the temps we should have our A/C set at depending on the temp outside. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue in my commercial building in TWO DAYS after 4 other companies looked at it and could not fix it!! Other companies gave me crazy quotes to replace equipment for thousands of dollars. Russ and his team were able to get it done quickly and fairly.

Russ, the owner of the company is very knowledgeable and responsive. He is always willing to take your call and answer any questions you have about your system. He got someone out to diagnose same day and fixed the problem the next day.

Did exactly what he said he would do. Our unit was only pushing warm air and it was over 100 degrees out side. Continental answered our call early Sunday morning and said the could be to our house same day. Bill was able to quickly find the problem, fix it, test it and not leave any trace that he was in our home or yard. He also walked me through properly maintenance to prevent unneeded repair calls. I trust my dogs instincts and she never barked at Bill.
