August, 2018: Sal Giannone of Anchor Point Construction helped upgrade two bathrooms, a laundry room, and front entrance area at a property I help oversee. Several years ago, he took care of potential leak issues and interior ceiling tile issues at another location. He is thorough and precise in his work, taking whatever time is needed to answer client questions and explain different repair situations. A property manager or owner is always fortunate to be able to work with a great contractor. And, I find such is indeed the case is working with Sal Giannone of Anchor Point Construction! Added note: On one occasion, Sal had an assistant, David,
who helped him. David’s work is also excellent!

Sept. 2018 update: Sal and David replaced a malfunctioning kitchen garbage disposal. Outstanding work, and Sal was very helpful in explaining what a property assistant like me can do to try to troubleshoot potential issues before calling in a contractor...top stars rating!!
