This is the level of service you will expect to receive incase you want to work with these guys. First consult we got what we needed and then we got ghosted. Literally stole our money. Got overcharged for services but was willing to overlook it if it was going to be a good experience. Horrible.

Allen took $425.00 and he disappeared , HE AND HIS COMPANY seemed legit so I went with him. He will not respond to calls , text or emails . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE ALLEN FISHER .

A very knowledgeable guy and cares about his business. Allen has attended all meetings that I’ve set up.
There might be times that his work load is too much because there were some meetings when Allen didn’t know what property we were talking about, and after I signed the contract and exchanged some initial emails, my emails were ignored for months until I warned them I would be filing fraud with my credit card.

I work in Los Angeles as a commercial broker
I was in need to find someone to help me obtain property information in a small Texas town. I called two companies for help and received voice mail. When I called Houston Permits, the owner, Allen picked up the call immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the documents that I would need and the required forms. The City of Texas City Texas is a 90 minute drive from Houston. He offered to drive there and make it a rush job. He was only charging for drive time.

He understands customer service and as well as the permit business. What more can we ask, especially today when customer derive and customer appreciation seems to be a memory from then last. 5 Stars
