We were really excited to have our kitchen renovated but were at a loss of who to choose. We had many general contractors and larger do it yourself options fall by the wayside. We were really excited to find Kerby Custom Renovations. Their recommendations on line seemed almost too good to be true so we moved ahead with Kerby. Kerby did the renovation of my kitchen and laundry room and added in a pantry. They did an excellent job given that there were no drawings or blueprints for what I wanted. To complicate matters, I really wanted a new space that would be safe for me as I age in place. Kerby managers, staff and sub-contractors worked closely with me to make the kitchen/pantry/laundry of my vision into a reality. Kerby staff were excellent communicators in that they not only spoke up when they had questions but they took the time to listen to what I wanted and envisioned. They were kind and patient and helped me by making suggestions and providing alternatives, some of which I incorporated into my kitchen. The custom work they did was outstanding and the subcontractors they worked with were exceptional too. Sometimes it took longer to get the next set of workers in to continue work which extended the length of our rehab but all in all, it was totally worth the wait because of the quality of their work. Their integrity showed through with each step of the rehab process. I was also impressed with their after service care. I had 3 small items that needed to be taken care of after my final payment to Kerby. They followed up and completed all 3 items in a timely fashion.

Jeremiah and Olivia did an outstanding job with the tile work in both of our bathrooms and laundry room. They were careful not to damage the floors in the other areas of the house as they worked. Very respectful and considerate. Their work was excellent! Jen is the best painter I have ever hired. Very neat and orderly. Going above and beyond. The team did an outstanding job!

Kerby Renovations did a GREAT job on our floors! They were all so attentive to details, professional in their communication and interactions, and respectful of our home, they used protective covers on our floors and cleaned up everyday before they left. The job was done quickly and at the end of each day, the project manager would check in with us to make sure everything was going good, to inform us of where they would be working in the house next, and to ask for feedback on the work so far. Customer service was incomparable to any other company we’ve worked with, simply great! We would highly recommend this company for any of your renovation needs!

Kerby just completed a major bath remodel (actually two and a half baths). They were able to take a vision I had, and deliver a beautiful custom bath that’s handicapped accessible, from roll in shower, to custom folding handicapped bars. KC and Dave and a full team of people behind them contributed and delivered as promised. I would recommend this team to anyone thinking about hiring a contractor.
