From the very beginning of my interactions with Salt Construction and Cody Dorriety and his teams of professionals, I felt confident with the final outcome of my rental house's repairs. Excellent communications with all the top quality professionals ensured that I was kept informed as we progressed from demolition, identifying the source of the sub-flooring failure and the multiple phases of construction (i.e., flooring repairs, plumbing, custom shower and tub with tiling surround, installation of the LVP flooring). I was impressed and pleased with the high degree of attention to detail and pride they took in their specialty by Salt Construction's professionals. The end result is a beautiful rental home that I am delighted with. I highly recommend Salt Construction to anyone needing to upgrade, repair or build a custom home.

Built us such a beautiful home! We had so many issues due to supply and labor and Cody got it done with quality work and always took time to help save on the building process. He went above and beyond on things that were even out of his control! got us gold fortified - saved on insurance. We love our new home!

Cody and all the guys representing Salt Construction were great to work with. Cody did exactly whay he said he would do and within the time frame he said. When his crew came on site they were professioal and polite and caring knowing this was our home. They actually completed our new metal roof two days ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with them all and the quality of the work and cleanup. I would definately use them again if needed and will recommend them to all.

I can not recommend SALT too highly!! Cody and his team are professional, attentive, and thorough. He is hands-on and is quick to provide options to ensure that you are making the decision that will make you the happiest. He has done many jobs for me remodeling and repairing and all have been flawless! He is currently glassing in my screened-in porch so that I can avoid the pollen, wind and heat! He is prompt with his responses and genuinely wants you to be satisfied. If you need any home improvement or building, give him a call!!

The only thing more outstanding than the work provided by Salt Construction was their competitive pricing. Salt Construction replaced my mother-in-law’s roof with a metal roof and we are beyond satisfied with both the product and the service. Removal of the old roof was done with surgical precision and the clean-up was done at the end each day. The workers were always friendly and treated my mother-in-law with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Salt Construction for a roof replacement.
