The team did an excellent job replacing the roof on my century-old house, which involved removing three layers of old shingles and fixing any parts of the roof structure that required attention. In essence, they carried out a comprehensive job. The roofers were incredibly professional and meticulous in every aspect of the job, impressing me with their vast knowledge and expertise. A separate crew, displaying the same high level of professionalism and pride, installed the guttering. I intend to employ their services again for window replacements in the near future. Well, what can i say about these roofers? Amazing! They finished the roofing job at my neighbor's place and then moved on to the house opposite mine. Naturally, i decided to ring them up for a gutter replacement estimate. Their representative, frederick, was prompt and provided me with a reasonable quote. I asked him about the start date and he said they could begin the very next day, just before the fourth of July celebrations. The crew got started around 9am and had everything wrapped up by noon. The work quality is simply outstanding and it's as if they were never there! Not a scrap or single piece of debris left behind. This feedback is long overdue and wholly deserved. It's about a roofing company that's truly remarkable! Last spring, we came back from a holiday to find tree branches scattered and roofers active in and around Lennox. Roofing marketers were constantly leaving cards and leaflets on our doorstep. My husband chanced upon Clinton from this exceptional company, and unlike other contractors, he wasn't aggressive at all. He informed us that there had been a hailstorm while we were away and offered to inspect our roof. Clinton took photos, including images of a small section of decking that needed replacement, and offered to fix it free of charge. He was speedy in the process between taking photos and providing a quotation, and he offered us advice on liaising with our insurance company. Within a few days, our insurance had an adjuster at our place, and Clinton met him at our home. The adjuster and Clinton inspected the roof together, and in just 2 hours, the insurance adjuster gave us a check to start the work. Despite a busy schedule due to the numerous damaged roofs at the time, Clinton kept us updated about his timetable. He was prompt and courteous in responding to our queries. We expressed a desire to change our roof color and wanted a more dimensional look, but we didn't have much to contribute beyond what the insurance covered. Clinton understood our vision and brought numerous sample boards for us to choose from within a week. Clinton was very patient as I took my time to decide, and he explained the cost for each option to achieve the look we desired. He provided a detailed written estimate, promising to clean up all debris, including nails and small metal pieces, using magnets. He also warned us about the potential noise and vibrations during the work and suggested I might want to remove fragile items from our glass cabinet. The crew arrived and completed the job swiftly- two days of work and a few hours on the third day for clean-up. They were efficient and careful with the landscape and debris. Clinton came back to review the work and our adjuster did the same. They were quickly paid. The insurance adjuster commented on the excellent quality of the job, which reassured us further. Clinton's professionalism made this the most hassle-free insurance claim we've experienced. We would highly recommend working with Clinton and his team for any roofing project, whether it's an insurance claim or not.

I held off on writing this review until we had experienced a few heavy rainfall days and some snow in Lennox, and now it seems appropriate. I got my roof repaired and the results have been fantastic. There was a poor ventilation system in place that, after a bit of rain, was causing problems on my ceiling. But after the roofers removed the old vents, filled in the gaps, patched up the shingles, and installed a new ridge vent along the entire length of my house, I'm glad to report a completely dry ceiling. You can't even spot the patches! Great work by Tristan, Donovan, and Jordan!
