CDC, Concrete Design Concepts was the BEST! We got bids from four different contractors to build concrete stairs down our backyard steep hillside.
Mr. Johnson, CDC owner, came up with the BEST plan! Being severely mobility compromised, I had been unable to access our lower yard because of the steep wooden stairs, which needed costly maintenance, and ultimately replacement.
Of all the contractors,Mr. Johnson: 1)BEST listened to our concerns,2) gave us alternative choices, 3)provided the most cost-effective options, 4)and worked within our time frame. CDC cleverly solved the steep descent by changing both the staircase direction,
( now “L” shaped) ,and step heights! The new five inch high concrete stairs are paralleled by a sturdy railing. These combined features ensure my ability to have continued, safe access to my yard for years to come.
Thanks, for your dedication to keeping the job site so clean! Most importantly, THANKS for giving me my yard back , and keeping us safe !!!
