In 16 months, I only got in once. My script had to be renewed because the staff Never answered the phone or returned calls.
The scheduling rep who set me up over six months ago just wailed about how busy she was and how horrible it is to work there.
I just wanted an appointment.
When I met Dr. Finn, he was attentive and knowledgeable.
His office is truly the worst run office I have ever seen.

After being a loyal and no stress patient for 6 years Finn dropped me for having THC on my urinalysis AFTER he ok’ed it at my last appointment with him which my husband was a witness to and there with me. I use different products for Crohn’s disease and he was fine with it if my gastroenterologist was which they are. Highly upsetting and extremely unprofessional. I’m assuming he never made a note in my chart that he himself said it was fine. They also never gave me any type of warning she just said the levels are supposed to have dropped on the urinalysis but why would they drop if I wasn’t warned first!?!! All the lady on the phone kept saying it’s in the paperwork you signed.. apparently he was standing there while she was talking to me and he said drop her…very unfair, unethical and it’s Colorado for god sakes what does pot especially in medical form do that is so bad you can’t mix it with opiates?! Ridiculous. Unbelievable treatment makes me not want to trust another dr. Save your time and go visit Mountain View Pain Management. Excellent ratings and very kind people! Willing to do more for me in my first visit than Dr. Finn has ever!! They couldn’t even find my mri I had to track it down myself. He’s also very arrogant and condescending.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for Dr. Finn and all the amazing providers at his office. The care and professionalism they provide is truly exceptional. Specifically, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Krykt, one of the nurses working with Dr. Finn. Krykt has been incredibly patient, always responding to my messages and ensuring that I receive the information I need. Her dedication to providing professional, compassionate care is truly evident, and I am grateful for the way she consistently demonstrates her concern for patients. The ease of communicating through messages on my cellphone and receiving prompt, expert responses from Krykt has been invaluable to me. As a veteran coping with numerous injuries and chronic pain, the supportive environment created by the entire team has meant so much to me. I am immensely thankful for the care and compassion provided, which has made a significant difference in my life.

’ve been seeing Dr. Finn for pain management, and I am incredibly disappointed.

Despite explaining multiple times that I am looking for natural, plant-based treatments like cannabis, the only thing Dr. Finn wants to prescribe are opioids. It’s like they don’t care about my personal health goals or my concerns with the risks of long-term opioid use or addiction…

I’m in pain and looking for a more holistic approach, but this doctor refuses to listen. It feels like he’s just pushing pills without truly understanding or caring about what’s best for me as a patient. I’m tired of not being heard. He will freely dispense opioids like a Pez dispensar and will get temperamental if you insist on him giving you a more natural prescription.

If you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to your preferences and take a more natural approach to pain management, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. He gets paid to prescribe opioids.

I have been in pain for over a year. In May I was in the Er. I couldn't walk for 9 days. I finally got a referral to see this so called spine clinic that Dr. Finn works at. I should have know better! Had to send this place 5xs the referral. When you call you are sent to either TEXAS(customer service who can BARELY speak English. They don't understand you) or Colorado. Kaiser finally had to call them. Got in finally, Dr. FINN maybe spent 10 minutes with me. His told me no drugs or injections just go see his friend who is a chiropractor. I have 2 bulging discs, 2 herniated discs, and a disc that has moved forward. I have serve leg pain from L5. And now this stupid place says oh we don't take medicaid, so you owe us money. This whole place is ran dirty. Now this place has kept me in pain extra for 5 more weeks. Health care sucks ! Shame on this place and the people who let this happen! Now I gotta drive to Denver from Colorado Springs and start over, yet again. Shame Shame Shame on you all!

I have on going back problems, and I have seen Dr. Finn for several years. Dr. Finn impresses me as being compassionate and a good listener. He has been a pain specialist for decades, and he is highly competent. I also see Dr. Sonja Grifith, who is another doctor in his practice. She is very friendly and highly competent as well. Everyone in the office has worked there for a long time. They all know exactly what they are doing, they can answer your questions in plain English, they do not give you the run around, and if they do not know the answer to a question, they will find out AND FOLLOW UP with the answer. They too are friendly and helpful. My experience with this entire medical group has been outstanding.

I was referred to this doctor through my network. Being new to the area I didn’t know any better.

Kenneth was adamant that the only solution to my pain would be opioid treatment. When I asked him about a natural alternative for my pain such as a cannabis prescription he became snarky and short tempered.

My experience with this doctor is that he is rude and condescending. I left his office and am in the process of finding a competent pain management doctors.
