The team at Need Construction came from an online search for a contractor that could repair our bathroom and office after we had pipe burst resulting in water damage. Wes was able to work with our insurance company to handle the repair and to work on some personal projects that we needed handled. We ended up with a separate water damage from a recent severe storm and the team was able to accommodate some adjustments to our project and make recommendations that improved our drainage outside. We were able to call and text Wes, as needed, to coordinate calendars and communicate timelines. We were very happy to work with them and recommend them for your home renovation projects. They are knowledgeable and look to make it a great experience.

We noticed our deck settled some and the stairs looked to be pulling off the main deck. We called Need Construction and Wes came out. He was great and I would highly recommend:

- Very honest and transparent - some would have wanted to make this a bigger project but he showed us what was needed and at a really good price
- He fit us in around other projects and came out within a week which was appreciated
- The work was done really well.- well braced and he stained a couple of times to make sure it matched.

I'm glad we found Need, we haven't had a good construction company for some time and will use again.

Sometimes when you Google a service or company, you’re not sure if you trust the reviews. I Googled Need Construction recently and hit paydirt. Wes came out to my house and I trusted him quickly. The deck his team built is excellent, high quality and was completed on time at a fair price. Wish I had discovered Need Construction years ago! 5 Star recommendation from me.

I watched them place a board, take numerous measurements, check level, take it apart, and do it over until it was exact. I couldn't be happier with the results
