I appreciate their payment arrangement: an initial modest deposit followed by scheduled payments as the project advances (a novel concept for me). Brett, Ian, and their entire crew did an absolutely impeccable job remodeling our master shower, a feat that I've never previously attributed to a contractor. They completely transformed our shower using Italian porcelain, custom 'steam shower' glass enclosure, and fitting both a rain shower and wall-mounted shower head. The level of professionalism, quality of work, and the overall demeanor of the team was simply unbeatable. They didn't overlook any detail, however minor it might be, which made our shower feel as though it belonged in a $5m mansion in Los Angeles rather than our home. Thus, we now feel obliged to revamp our entire house to match the standard set by the shower - thanks, Brett and Ian! I'll always reach out to their team first for a quote on any future projects. I'll even try to make the budget work with them for the sheer comfort of working with professionals who aim to deliver the best possible work without nickel and diming me.
