Airehart Construction built our custom pool and patio. Brian and his team were fantastic to work with and extremely professional. Our project was challenging with the rugged terrain and topography of our property, requiring lava rock excavation and the construction of multiple retention walls. The pool design included a custom automatic retractable cover, which again added complexity to the project. The team was very communicative and kept us updated regularly on progress. Brian kept the project moving forward even when unexpected hurdles arose. We were impressed with his attention to detail. The team finished on time and on budget. We are so pleased with our gorgeous pool and patio that has transformed our yard into a relaxing oasis for our family.

My wife and I are doing a major remodel on a large house in Chico. In our search for quality contractors, Brian Airehart and his Construction team were recommended to us by several sources, including our real estate agent. After seeing the quality of work on their website, and discussing the project with Brian, we decided to move forward with them.
The top priority was a badly deteriorated exterior deck that sits atop the first floor. This is a challenging demo and rebuild since there is waterproofing membrane below the deck meaning that you cannot nail in joists as you would on a traditional deck. They even brought in a roofer to re-seal the roof below prior to installing our new deck.
Brian and his crew expertly navigated the challenges of this deck build providing us with a high quality product beyond our expectations. We now have an amazing exterior location where we can take in the natural surroundings of our property. They were on time and on budget and I will use them again for future projects.
They are not likely the most inexpensive contractor around, but if you want a quality design/build...call Brian and his team at Airehart Construction
