We needed our main sewer line replaced for the past few years, but hesitated to have it done due to negative past experiences with plumbers. When it stopped up again last week, my husband headed to Lowes to buy a piece of equipment to try and "fix" it once more. On the plumbing aisle he ran into Austin. I am so thankful he did. After a short discussion about our situation, Austin offered to stop by and fix it after he finished the job he was currently working on. He stayed in communication through the day keeping us updated on his possible arrival time and he showed up when he said. Two new firsts for us with plumbers. Then, he got the sewer line draining. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how to really fix it and gave us a very reasonable price. Two additional firsts with plumbers from our experience. He showed up on the day he said he would and not only solved our issue, but went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly, and left my yard in great condition when he was done. He is the only one I will ever call. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and great at his trade, he is a genuine person.

I was really impressed with A&Es professional and friendly service. Austin showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my clogged drain cleared in no time. He has built wooden privacy fences for me as well, beyond happy with the results! He was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. The rates were reasonable too. Do not waste your money using this plumber. If you want shady work and to pay a lot of money for it, this is the company to call. If you want a company that stands behind the work they do, definitely don't call this company. If there was a enough room on this review to send pictures of how bad the work is I would post them as well. They will trash your home and not clean up afterwards and then tell you that they are not a cleaning company or disposal company, yet it was their mess. Not a very well ran company!!!

I recently had A&E Plumbing install a tankless gas water heater in my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Austin, the owner, was the epitome of professionalism. Not only was he skilled and efficient, but he also went the extra mile with the installation, taking additional steps to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. I was incredibly impressed and would happily recommend A&E Plumbing (and especially Austin!) to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional plumbing services.

I hired Austin to fix a water heater leak and he sent out 2 bone heads J.C. and his brother surely enough they didn't know what they were doing they took 1hr to connect a drain pipe that you can twist off in a min they left and didn't even fix the leak and they had the audacity to lie about changing a drain valve when there boss seen the video he said that's not even the parts he sent them with, So now I Have Austin on the phone for 2 days telling me how sorry he is, that he's sorry for his guys overcharging and not finishing the job that he was going to do everything to make it right he lied so much that he started running into his own lies at first he had said that he was surprised because they were his best guys by the end he flipped it and said he had just hired them less than a week ago by the 3rd day he stopped answering my calls it's going on 2 weeks and now he won't answer he'll just send a message that he'll be out here that same day and won't show up ,since he's been paid already ,don't wast your time and hard earned money on these scammers find professional help and save yourself from a headache.

My review has been posted for a few months and Austin is still trying to overlook it and will not reply If his parents raised him to be a dishonest thief he'll just do the same to whatever he brings in to this world.

The crew at A& E Premier Plumbing are one of a kind. Willing to take the time to explain the problem, solutions and pricing. They are on the ball because they care about their clients safety and environment. I would recommend this business to anyone, residential or commercial, anytime there is a need. set up an appointment for an estimate, took over a week for Austin to actually come over. fair price for labor for replacing the kitchen sink & faucet as well as a bathroom sink and shower handles (I had most of the materials already). scheduled install for the following Monday (this was Friday), but no one came for a week and a half. finally Nick came and took care of everything, did a good job... HOWEVER he left caulking all over my new shower knobs and silicone in my sink, and loads of dirt in my tub! I tried to get everything clean, but couldn't get it all so after a text, Nick came back & fixed the knobs (too hard to turn) but STILL left caulking on the knobs. hoping some Goo Gone will take care of it. these guys do a good job once they get to your house, but communication is rough and so is the cleanup.
